Bildungsmanagement

The Research Group for Education Management works on specific issues of the organisation, steering, and evaluation of learning and development processes in various fields of education, such as school, nursery, university, public and private educational institutions, and in-company personnel development. The focus is on schools, including school quality and school development. A specific emphasis is put on school management, particularly on the professionalisation of school leadership.
As a whole, the range of research activities of the Research Group comprise the level of individual learning, the level of teaching (instruction) and learning, the level of school as an organisation, and the level of the school system with its respective support systems.
