Sie führt zu Fragen der Lehrerbildung Jahrestagungen, Frühlingsuniversitäten und (auch regionale) Fachtagungen durch. Die Arbeit erfolgt insbesondere in z.Z. 22 Fachgruppen. ATEE is the association foir teacher education in Europe with instututional and individual members. ATEE is organising annual conferences, Spring-universities and also (regional) conferences to themes of teacher education.  ATEE works mainly in 22 research and development cerntres and is editing the European Journal of Teacher Education (ISSN 0261-9768)
