Catherine Joan Casey

C. Casey has developed particular expertise in areas of economic sociology: organizations and institutions, work and employment, management and administration, industrial and labour relations, labour market analysis, education and training. Accompanying interests include social psychology, political economy and social and cultural movements.
 
She is a Senior Editor for the journal Organization Studies, and a member of the Editorial Board for Organization. She has on many occasions served as a Consultant Scientist for the European Commission DG Research in Brussels, and is an editorial consultant for several publishing companies in the social sciences. She has held visiting fellowships in European universities, including the Department of Political and Social Sciences, European University Institute, Florence; and the Institute for International Integration Studies (IIIS), Trinity College, Dublin.
