Biography
Vlastimil Bejcek is at present director of the Lifelong Learning Institute at Brno University of Technology and of the Center for Education and Consultancy. Since 1988 he has been involved in several projects related to computer aided education as project manager at national and European level. Some examples of these are the Autodesk Academia Program, the ICT INVEX Forum, the Leonardo da Vinci Programme esoCAEt and PHARE DEMPCAE (Distance Educational Modular Programme for Computer Aided Education)
