Biography

Tatiana Rikure is a researcher and lecturer at Riga Technical University (RTU) Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technologies, Division of Applied Systems Software. She holds MSc degree in Information Technology and Computer Science (from RTU). Now she is a PhD student at RTU. She is a researcher in mobile and e-learning, Intelligent Tutoring Systems (use of AI (artificial intelligence) techniques& methods in e-learning), quality evaluation and assurance, web-technologies and security. She is author of three educational books and many instructional materials for teaching different courses in the computer science field. Tatiana is author and co-author of more than ten international (and local) publications in IT & computer science (majority of them are in e-learning). Currently she is a Project Manager in IST 6FP project IST4Balt (Information Society Technologies Promotion in Baltic States).
