"Małgorzata Dońska-Olszko is graduate in Movement Therapy and expert in special education. For more than 20 years she has worked with children with brain injuries and developmental disorders with a neurological basis. Since 1995, she has been head of the Team of Special Schools Nr 109 in Warsaw for students with complex and motor disabilities. Awarded the Eisenhower Foundation Scholarship (USA, 2000) for her work in the fields of education for all, social inclusion and the role of administrative organizations in civil society. She has published numerous papers in specialist journals and books, and translated publications on the education of students with special needs. She is chairman or member of a number of NGOs providing statutory support for the development of children with disabilities and support for their parents. Leader of projects, with official grants and EU funding, training teachers in the field of the use of information technology in the education of students with special needs. Since January 2006, she has carried out the function of National Coordinator for the European Agency for Development in Special Needs Education, in conjunction with the Ministry of National Education."
